Webtory Terms of Service

1. About. These terms cover the free website builder run by the WebTory operator ("Webtory").
2. Sign-up. You join with a social login and by agreeing to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 14 (or the minimum age in your country).
3. The service. Building, cloud saving and downloading your finished website are free. Webtory does not host websites; you choose where to upload what you download. Free limits: 3 saved sites and 200 MB of storage; we will announce any change in advance. The editor shows ads; Webtory does not put its ads in the websites you download. The service may pause for maintenance or outages, so keep a copy of your project file.
4. Your content. You own what you make. Webtory stores it only to run the service. You may not use Webtory to make: phishing, scams or impersonation of other companies or authorities, malware, illegal gambling, drugs or adult content, copyright or trademark infringement, other people's personal data, hate or violence, spam, or anything illegal in your country or in Korea. We may suspend accounts that use the service for these purposes. Contact support@webtory.app to appeal. You are responsible for hosting and running the websites you download.
4a. Creator market photos. Creators who upload photos confirm they took or made them and have the right to sell them, with consent from any recognizable person and permission for prominent trademarks, logos, artworks or private buildings. Photos by others or downloaded from the internet or free stock sites may not be uploaded. Copyright stays with the creator. Members who buy (or register a free photo) may use it on websites and product pages they make (including for clients) and to promote their own shop or company. They may not resell or share the original file, register it as a logo or trademark, show people in it in a bad light, or sell goods where the photo is the main product. Webtory removes location and camera data from uploaded photos and shows only small watermarked previews before purchase. Photos reported for infringement are hidden while we check, and confirmed infringement can end sales and suspend the creator.
5. Security. Webtory stores your projects and personal data encrypted. Please keep your social login accounts secure.
6. Leaving. You can delete your account at any time from My info; your saved sites are deleted immediately, so download them first if you need them.
7. Liability. Because the service is free, Webtory is not liable for indirect losses such as lost data or traffic unless caused by our intent or gross negligence, except where your local law does not allow this.
8. Changes. We announce changes 7 days in advance (30 days if they are unfavorable to you).
9. Law. These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea, with Seoul Central District Court as the court of jurisdiction. Consumers keep the rights their own country's law gives them. If translations differ, the Korean version applies.
